Throughout his career, Alessandro Albano has been guided by a consistent belief: that business growth should be sustainable, well-structured, and focused on the long term. His approach brings together strategy, capital, and institutional relationships, all aimed at helping companies expand internationally and generate new value. After graduating in Economics and Business Management from the University of Turin, he began his professional career, acquiring significant experience working in public institutions. From 2009 to 2014, he served as a provincial councillor and vice-chair of the Commission for Public Enterprises of the Province of Turin. He took on positions of increasing responsibility over the years, including: partner at Business HUB S.p.A. (2014–2017), head of commercial and institutional relations at Servizi Italia S.p.A. (2014–2015), commercial director at Higèa S.p.A. and later at Proger S.p.A. These roles helped him build a strong foundation in strategic management, commercial development, and institutional relations, setting the stage for broader leadership responsibilities. Between 2019 and 2020, Alessandro Albano served as CEO of Indexway S.p.A., marking a further step into strategic finance and business consulting.
